Phoenix Pruner

Phoenix is a 14-year-old from Hamilton living with Hay-Wells syndrome who underwent spinal surgery at McMaster in March 2026 to correct severe scoliosis. His mother, Chantelle, is caring for Phoenix and his 11-year-old brother Carter, who is nonverbal and autistic, while covering costs for medical aids, supplements, and hospital visits. The fund has raised $800 of a $3,500 goal.
